How to release your mailbox space
1. Access to your outlook webmail. Link https://outlook.office.com/mail/
2. Open Setting
3. Go to Account > Storage. You can review your mailbox usage in each folder
4. You have options to clean your folders
5. After you select folders and delete mail, status changes to Emptying . Wait for few minutes and verify your mailbox was clean.
