How to remote to Mac Cloud

It requires information: IP address, admin username, admin password, VNC password. If you don't have these information please contact your Acclaro PM

1. Windows users

Please install UltraVNC Viewer

Download link: UltraVNC 1.6.4.0 - UltraVNC VNC OFFICIAL SITE, Remote Desktop Free Opensource

If you are using Company device you can install via Company Portal

Open Terminal in your PC and run below command to initial SSH connection

ssh -L 6000:localhost:6000 administrator@[IP Address]

Please check the IP address in the note you was shared.

For example: ssh -L 6000:localhost:6000 administrator@20.199.24.88

Note: When you fill password, it will not show anything to hide the password. You just need to fill the correct password. You can use Ctrl + V or right mouse to paste the password

After login SSH successfully, please open UltraVNC Viewer.

Fill localhost:6000 and connect

Then fill VNC password you have been provided

You will see the desktop if logged in successfully

IMPORTANT: Please close the terminal application and exit SSH connection after you finish your work

2. Mac users

Please download the tool TigerVNC

Open Terminal in your PC and run below command to initial SSH connection

ssh -L 6000:localhost:6000 administrator@[IP Address]

Open the tool you download and follow the same steps for Windows users to access the Mac Cloud
