How to remote to Mac Cloud v2
It requires information: IP address, admin username, admin password. If you don't have these information please contact your Acclaro PM
- Please install UltraVNC Viewer
Download link: Download VNC Viewer by RealVNC®
- Enter device IP address
- Please ignore the warning "Insecure Connection"
- Fill username and password you were shared.
- You will see the desktop if you remote successfully.
